These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of services provided by Linka ("Linka", "we", "us", or "our"), including the website at linka.it.com, our web application, AI social twin features, messaging tools, subscription plans, and related services.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Linka. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur through your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your profile information reasonably up to date.
Linka provides AI-powered social communication tools, including AI identity setup, memory-aware responses, profile features, media uploads, and subscription-based premium functionality. Features may evolve over time.
You agree not to use the service to break the law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malicious content, impersonate others unlawfully, harass or threaten people, or interfere with the stability or security of the platform.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Linka. You grant us a limited license to host, process, store, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable in some situations. You remain responsible for how you use AI-generated content and for reviewing any important communication before relying on it.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, billing intervals, and plan benefits are shown on our pricing pages or checkout flow. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed unless eligible under our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created security risk, abused the service, or used the platform in a fraudulent or harmful way.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linka will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
